The Kneebone solution aligns with the Customer organization; within the Marketing Strategy, Execution, Analytic and IT groups. We work closely with each group during the implementation process so that the individual experience and organizational alignment is achieved. Every user has a different success metric when it comes to usability – for some learning the basics is enough, others want to know how to do the sophisticated stuff, regardless we engage users at all levels to develop an agile learning experience.
We deliver application education through hands-on instruction led education sessions, e- learning applications – interactive web sessions and instructional video with step by step instructions.

Planning
Kneebone helps our customers through a solution planning process that enables fast time to market, minimal IT and Marketing interuption, and ensures customer success.
Key Components of this process include both Business and Technical Planning:
Business
- Customer Stakeholder Goals, Objectives, and Challenges Review
- Identify and address any and all change management goals
- Identify key users and create user scenarios specific to your business
Technical
- Data discovery process – which includes a data audit which identifies source of data, type of data available, data structure, data availability and FTE required by the client
- Data Specifications – Kneebone works with clients to map out data specifications based on the data discovery process to ensure proper specifications are provided to data owners for export
Implementation
To ensure a successful implementation of Kneebone 3.0, we work with clients through the following implementation methodology:
- Data delivery – Kneebone uses secure protocols to transport data through client approved methods
- Data configuration and business rule applications – to normalize cross marketing data, Kneebone works with the client to identify rules – as an example lining up your media data with your sales activity may not be straight forward if your media is only in selected markets yet your sales activity is nationwide. Kneebone configures the data for you so that you can compare apples to apples.
- Kneebone ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)/ Parsing – once the data is configured Kneebone Automates data transformations during the ETL process.
- Quality assurance – Kneebone works very closely with the client validating the integrity of the data within the Kneebone 3.0 platform. We have rigorous checks in place adhering to the highest standards and best practices
Once the data is in Kneebone 3.0 the software is ready to automatically configure and generate the Patented Kneebone Performance Algorithm (KPA) A KPA creates a visual reference for historical behavior of things like customer engagement (a Customer KPA), lead stage interaction (weblog KPA) or sales (sell through KPA)..
Kneebone recognizes data changes are inevitable, systems may change, new metrics are introduced, Kneebone 3.0 allows for that flexibility and speed to occur in the platform. We provide clients with complete transparency into their data and provide good organizational memory for decisions on how the data is used.
